Returns and Refunds

If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@harborandhale.com with your order number and the item you wish to return, and our team will guide you through it.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
